Vanilla Lake 2 should've been in the Booster Course Pass instead of Bowser Castle 3

You do know that Toad doesn't actually have anything to do with the track, right? It's explained in the Super Mario Kart manual that every single track is made by Lakitu, with a couple obvious exceptions. And Toad Circuit definitely is not one of them. He wouldn't really care that people hated it.
