1. Learn how to drift.
When drifting, you dont have to always make it to the yellow sparks; you can use the blue sparks too.
This can make for some small; yet helpful shortcuts.
2. Know when and how to use items.
Mushroom: Never use to get ahead. Use for shortcuts.
Shell:No frontshots. Backspam it. Use in front only in tight courses like DK Pass, Waluigi PInball etc.
Red Shell. We dont nees rules.
Mega Mushroom. Use for shorcuts or stomping others in tight courses.
Lightning. No rules.
Star. Use in tigt courses or shotcuts.
Fake Item Box: Dragging only or near real item boxes to fool others.
3. Frontrunning
It is ok to frontrun, but stay in 1st till the last lap. Last lap=stay in 5 or 6th pleace then use op item.

use dash panel/jup boosts to your advantage. EX. mario Circuit 2. at the end, move to the left for a grreat shotcut.

Im not sure, but distribution may also be illegal?
Distribution is piracy and is therfore illegal. A legal way to obtain it is to use SD cards to back up your MKWII disk on your computer for homebrew purposes.

Isn't downloading MKWII rom without owning the game piracy and therfore illegal? Emulators are fine though.

Add more battle modes (like coins for coin runners would spawn across the track (maybe even editable position) or a placeable jail for renegade roundup. Also add a battle-exclusive feather item like in MK8.

Obviously not for online as there aren't enough people playing for more than 1 room but I feel like in VS mode it should be possible to change the speed. This could work like the speed modifier in CTGP 7 but only in VS mode? I want 10000 cc for chaos on Delfino Square or 1 cc waluigi pinball so the track can be longer.

Only problem with coins is that every previous course would have to be edited, but that isnt too bad
No coins would randomly be spawned at any non-wall position until edited. For renegade roundup you would have placeable jails. Battle modes like shine thief and coin runners wuld be cool to have to add more variety to battle mode. Maybe each player could pick a gamemode and it would randomly select between the picked gamemodes (like with courses).

Green shell it doesn't do anything at ALL!
Green shells block red shells. Blooper/Pow Block are my least favorite.

On the messages character (mine is koopa, soon to be boo) Luigi is at around 300 messages while mario is at around 800 messages. Wargor, are you saying luigi is inferior or something, hes NUMBER 1 we all know that. Also why is a clone of mario (gold mario) higher than mario and luigi?
Because he's made of gold. Gold Mario has more value than a regular Mario. As for the Luigi rank, they want you to be Luigi sooner than Mario. Oh, and also, Wargor, if you ever read this topic, can you add a Shy Guy rank?
Yeah but you go from luigi to mario and that isn't good like the rank system makes it out to be.

I want the bowser shell in mkpc because I think that special items would be interesting for mkpc. And maybe custom character creators could pick any one or two special items for their custom character.
If the creators of custom characters could do that, it would be abused because there is an option which allows to modify the statistics of the characters, so imagine a character with dream stats + a special item ...
