have you tried testing out your characters before releasing them to the public? that might remove any technical difficulties

i was using my phone, but i couldnt use anything but the buttons

maybe the images need to me pngs and not WebPs
Try postimages.com

1. if you made that custom character, (which i assume you didnt) you must've fogotten to put a seperate image for the custom character minimap

so today i found that the network for my mobile device was blocked on scratch? i got confused why since i dont think it violate any guidelines. i sent the following on the Contact Us page

Subject: Network Ban
“I noticed that the network on my mobile device seems to have been banned. If what I’m reffering to next is the case, I was the only person who used my account. I use the account on both devices to either keep in touch with others or work on any projects of mine. If the network were to be unbanned, I’d be glad.”
