There's not going to be a Booster Course Pass 2. The Booster Course Pass was only created to port Tour's content and Nintendo is probably working on a new Mario Kart game now.

I'd Expect a non-mario character, probably from smash. If i were to choose 3 new characters, i would choose king bob-omb, Pirahna plant and probrably my favourite smash fighter pass character (or characters) Pyra and Mythra.
