recently been thinking about making a new project after CKO is done. idk what to name it yet but i was thinking of something like "Choco Kart: A Diverse Universe"

If something's obviously wrong with a track you probably shouldn't publish it but it looks fine.

Why did Halloween stopped being officially celebrated on MKPC?
It could be because the dude who made the Halloween BG (@Link-Triforce-8 if I remember well) was also a great event organizer at the time and with him becoming inactive, there was no one left anymore to organize anything for Halloween (or at all in general) for such a long time that it all got forgottenabove the online leaderboards on the 2017 version of mkpc
