I used an approach similar to what Wargor used for Figure 8 Circuit. Instead of reshaping the track, I added a cannon to launch you over another part of the track. Don't worry, the gears are still there!

As I'm sure you know, the Tick Tock Clock in MKPC was reshaped to "Bettter Fit MKPC" and is a different track from the original DS Tick Tock Clock. So, this one is more like the original DS Tick Tock Clock.
