4/5. Not a bad remake, the textures have definitely been improved, but I don't like the fact that you removed the cactus crossroad with the teleporter (actually a fake one with a hole due to teleporters not existing yet when the OG was made xD), this was a memorable detail that contributed to make the track more unique in its own way from the rest of the MK1(O) tracks (imo at least).

Doesn't matter imo. Nintendo has made 8 Rainbow Roads and many more Mario Circuits, so I think reusing themes is fine as long as there is enough gameplay and/or scenery variation.
