Thanks to Fways for helping me find these glitches:

GCN Bowser's Castle has been heavily modified: now you start on the line, there are no decor icons on the map itself, and the cut is visible. Also lava geysers were removed.

D.K.'s Jungle Parkway has a few collisions touched up. Now at the jump, the center grass is now blocked off entirely, making it easier to get to the jump when drifting. Some minor collisions were removed too.

Neo Bowser City's offroad cut is now accessible. It was a mistake that it was blocked off. Also, there are less checkpoints than before (reduced from 60 to 30) and the lap glitch near the end is now fixed, making every lap count.
