Yes, nothing's stopping you, but you probably have to ditch this if you want your tracks to be better.
I do understand if you want a consistent artsyle for your multicup, but if you want your tracks to be better overall, switching your artstyle to the new one is the best option for you.
Also who trusts star ratings to know which tracks are good or not, it's not a reliable source of information
