Yeah, Falls did it well. Also Mount Wario(the dam bit at least) & Mario Circuit.

I don't see how you could have no layout removals & anti-gravity. The track is too horribly shaped for that. Like, there was a remake of this track on the site today that was close, but it was still different. It's not feasible. Not to mention that anti-gravity is mostly a "looks cool in a trailer" kinda mechanic, most of the time it doesn't do much, especially the base game tracks. The only ones that had good anti-gravity back then were Mute City & Big Blue
