It's not entirely broken if there's no bridge and no cliff shortcut, which in my opinion, was already broken to begin with. So yeah, the track works perfectly fine on it's own so saying "no bridge = broken" is basically saying "ThErE's No BrIdGe ThIs Is So BrOkEn"
