I like the idea of a Mario Kart game with a Game Boy aesthetic, but you didn't execute it very well.
- The courses are too short and/or need more laps.
- Most of the music doesn't sound very GB-ish, even if they're remixed from Mario Land songs. (The SML2 themes get repetitive really quickly too.)
- I wish there was more decor on the actual track instead of just drawn on the map.
- In some courses, it's really hard to tell when the track ends and the skybox begins.

This track was supposed to have a Wonder Flower appear at the end of Lap 1, causing players to spawn in a new map for lap 2. This new map would've been a puzzle section where players would have to find the real dash panel from the faker(s) while avoiding 3 bullet bills on a snow-covered track. Upon touching a Wonder Seed at the end, they would return to the lap 1 map for lap 3, but with several chunks of the road being destroyed, forcing them to use the shortcuts I planted in lap 1. But because this was too ambitious for the new per-lap override mechanic, I made the tough decision to remove that idea.

I've quietly (well maybe not quietly anymore) abandoned my plans for future updates, but I do have a custom characters option. And who knows? I might come back to this later with more characters, updated maps, etc.
The main reason I've put future updates on hold is because Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, the game this was based on, recently boomed back into action, and I don't want this version to feel outdated in case they add an official Wario or Rainbow Cup that's way different from the ones here.

What Chilli said. I've never even heard of most of those characters, and besides, there's an option to play as a custom character. I'm not even sure if I wanna add more content, as the original Arcade GP DX is somehow still alive, and I know that eventually, this version will become outdated, especially if Namco adds their own version of the Wario or Rainbow Cups.
