I have an idea on how Custom Item Sprites will work.
The Functions will work similar to Decor Sprites. You will be able to pick an Item (a Blue Shell for an example), when you upload the Item Sprite, your Item will function as the Item you picked. You can choose custom Map Icons and custom spin-out time.
If you chose to make your Item function as a Mega Mushroom or Star, you can choose what music it will play. EG, If I wanted to make the Canadian Maple Leaf from SourMusic Kart, I would choose a custom music to make the Item feel genuine to the real hack.
