Toadette: Huh? Where is everybody? *notices receiver* And what is that thing?
(She picks it up.)
Toadette: Hello? Anybody there?!
Receiver: ...heh heh heh... quite the early bird, aren't you?
Toadette: Wh-Who are you?!?
Receiver: ...notice anything different? ...heh heh heh...
Toadette: Erm... Yeah... everybody's gone, for instance.
Receiver: So you noticed. Good job, little girlie.
Toadette: Hey! I'm no little girlie!! How dare you!
Receiver: Don't worry, it will all be over soon...
Toadette: ...
Receiver: Now, have you realized WHY everyone is gone?

(Meanwhile, everyone is chained to a wooden wall.)

Nommanic: We've been through this once, right? It shouldn't be that hard--
Opulent: Those chains are fireproof.
Stella: What about the wall?
Opulent: Oh, right.
(The wall burns, softening the chains enough for them to break out.)
Nommanic: Alright, time to see where we are... Shroom Ridge?!?

Nommanic: We... we're at DS SHROOM RIDGE right now!
All: Wait, isn't that where we are supposed to be?
Nommanic: Yeah, but not KIDNAPPED!
Mimi: Okay, plan A: take control of this... bus thingy and get back to the university to get our karts and race.
All: Let's go!

PearlWhite: Hello? Anyone there?!
Toadette: What? Oh, uh, yes!
SylveBlack: What happened to this place?
Toadette: Everyone got kidnapped... and they left me here... because they think I'm useless...
SylveBlack: Then it's our job to find them! Wait, what is that noise?
Toadette: That's my ringtone. *beeps* Hello? Oh, what? ... Okay, I'll be there. Also, some other people-- ... She hung up.
PearlWhite: Who was it?
Toadette: No time to explain! We have to get to Shroom Ridge, pronto!

(They all hop into karts and head for DS Shroom Ridge.)

Opulent: I just finished calling Toadette. She's coming right now, but I don't know how long it is from the University to here...
Nommanic: I think *checking Pokegear* ... it's about an hour on 150cc, standard speed.
India: Should we try sneaking in?

(Everyone flees in different directions.)

(Cinnamon snags the PK4's Lugia and sets it free.)
Leader: Idiot! Why are you-- never mind! SUPER SMASH BROS TIME!!
(The PKs start attacking like crazy.)

(The grenade explodes, causing chaos in the truck.)

(The truck starts to deafen everyone in it.)

(The truck falls into the forest underneath.)
