Mario Kart World is a really fun game in my opinion but  I want to know what you would do if you could improve Mario Kart World!

1. Realistic graphics cuz it looks too much like a cartoon right now
2. Yoshi color options like in MK8
3. Better karts and customization options (again, like MK8.)
4. NO BOAT WEIRDNESS!!!
So basically all aesthetic changes

1 - Uhhh literally why it's meant to be cartoonish
2 - Okay valid
3 - I personally prefer the more simplistic approach because making a good Kart is way too much effort to start a damn race but to each their own
4 - Honestly the boats kinda beat whatever bullshit we got before lololololol

Anyway aside from character customisation (Pauline being done dirty BYE) I guess I'd maybe change the character choices and remove forced intermissions, for Grand Prix it's fine but does it need to be everywhere

My main problem with World is the intermission tracks; I don’t think removing them is the solution, but removing some of the bad ones and reworking the others could be a good idea. Also make a classic mode so people can play just 3-lap tracks online without using Discord.

The only other thing I can think of is removing bagging

I disagree, removing bagging would not fix the no rails, no walls, no sharp turns intermission tracks. I don't even know how bagging would be removed from Mario Kart while still making it fun. Maybe don't remove intermissions but at least let me grind vr on the actual tracks. Also I'm getting sick of pulling coin and coin box in first especially when I already have max coins. And don't get me started on the boomerang.

The only intermissions that are actually problematic are the Koopa Beach and Desert Areas ones. All the rest are pretty much fine and there are good shortcuts too, it's just that nobody is using them bc nobody has bothered to lab them bc of the bagging problem.

Some of the most popular tracks in the series have zero (intended) shortcuts and people still love them (Waluigi Pinball, Coconut Mall has 1 that cuts a single corner, Mushroom City, Toad Factory, every Rainbow Road is overglazed although now I think World's has better gameplay due to it's shortcuts)

Add more flavor to the intermissions, since they're mostly used in online. And a DLC that adds another continent for the DLC tracks and stages could come in handy.
