The biggest reason that Nintendo takes down websites that make profit from them is because they make a lot of profit from they're characters, but the main reason Nintendo doesn't somewhat care about this website is because Wargor barely makes any profit from this website, and he doesn't even make euros from this website anyways.

This website will be safe until they want to make a Mario Kart for PC and see that it already exists.
Use your brain. Nintendo is never going to make any games for PC. The last time they did was in 1986 with Super Mario Bros. Special.
Then again, it is a massive market that they are missing out on, meaning lots of lost potential profit. People would have said "Sony is never going to put games on PC" a few years ago but what do they do now? Put many exclusives on PC too because it is a growing market.
Nintendo made mobile games to tap into that market and all of them except Super Mario Run have been discontinued or shut down.
Mobile gaming isn’t comparable to PC gaming
Im just saying they'd likely go back into the console market like they did in the past.

Nintendo has a bad history on taknig down nonprofit fan games. This site is non profit.

Yeah because instead of mobile games they would be doing PC. Also most games can just be ported, switch up controls, maybe optimise it and done.
