btw rainbow road is the hardest one to get.
because you have to be born on the 31st (which is only in 7 months) [because 31 is 4th track of special cup] and it also can't be January 31st because the 4th track of the special cup in super mario kart is vanilla lake 2
so yea if you have one of the rainbow roads as your birthday track that is extremely rare
