Okay so about it, that section is tricky asf, if I remember correctly if you take that path while facing the lava on the right you can get to the end of the bridge, otherwise I don't think you lose that much time going to the other road, and anyways base game's tracks sucks, check custom tracks and you'll find some good stuff ^^
