If you maybe wanted something more developed than just "the goat", well I think they are not that bad, but there are many squiggles and many tight turns, and that makes them quite annoying to play on.

Use Pixilart for your tracks.
I usually make the size 300x000 Pixels then resize it to 1200 in pixilart. (If you wanna make 3 minutes)
Turns
For turns make them smooth what I recommend you should follow is do this setup 13,3,2,Four 1's,2,3,and 13 to make turns.
Stamps
You can use them to make textures or add detail to your tracks.
