To do this, you must enable Debug mode. In order to enable Debug mode, you must enable Level select. Start a "No Save" file and find a swinging rope. Once on the rope, press ←←← →→→ ↑ ↑ ↑. Pause the game and press A. On the title screen, go under the Competiton option and you shall find the "sound test." It's actually the Level select. Go to Mushroom Hill act 1, find a pulley and press ←←← →→→ ↑ ↑ ↑. Pause the game and press A. On the title screen, go back to the "sound test" option and while holding A, go to Angel Island act 1.
