Clefable is actually good, it has a base stat of 483, which is close to legendaries/good!
Plus, the Fairy type is actually one of the best types, so Clefable is good to keep!

Today (I learned a few days ago) a technique on paint.net. In my previous creations I only used the colored dots to color the tracks but now together with the dots with the solid color it gives more life to the track and looks like a texture.
