No, Bill will be on the shy guy's side at first to mess around, but later he'll go against the shy guys to add into the tension.
Also, after Bill gets off the shy guy's side, he isn't on the Yoshi's side, he's on neither side. He competing against both! I pinged you to notice that I edited this.

I'm thinking of stopping the Yoshis team registration as it has already reached its maximum: 10 people already registered as yoshi...
There are still 5 free places for the shy guys team, so I'm thinking of blocking registration for the Yoshis team (Normally it should be permanent, but maybe it'll go up to 15, but the number of players on the Shy Guys team has to increase, otherwise it'll stay at 10).

Did you read my message? I don't think so, but to cut a long story short, I'm going to stop the Yoshi team sign-up because if you don't, it's not very balanced, so unfortunately all I can do for you is make a dry bone disguised as a shy guy.

The shy guys will have to trap the kill drown and fight in the air and sea to avoid the terrible fate the shy guys suffer every year. As for the yoshis, they'll have to assert their territory by fighting the shy guys, because if they lose... They risk being killed to the last man...
I don't know how many people will be in the teams, but I may add more teams:
