Not school per se (I go to college) but something pretty damn bad happened in one of the common rooms during one of our breaks, and in response the college made it so we can only use the common rooms during breaks 💀💀💀
Ok so there's a "little" not-so-recent update to this - before summer break, the common room was "refurbished" and now has literally NOTHING in it. No pool table, no table football, no arcade cabinets, no table tennis. All of this is because there were two misplaced pool balls and two or three people were running around. Mind you, most people attending my college are over eighteen, and they're being treated like toddlers just because three people were dicking around and the college staff lost some pool balls, so everyone of course got the fucking blame 💀💀💀💀💀
They haven't done anything about the piss poor security either, I got stopped once for forgetting to put my lanyard on when I was in a hurry to get to my class, then I saw three randos who clearly weren't college students run into the building and nothing happened 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀

My school won't allow us to bring any extra technology. I get it because they don't like phones or whatever, but that means I can't bring my apple watch or my ear headphones for break.
