... ...Is Nintendo doing this because of me? I literally got born February of 2012, and after that, Mario Kart 8 was about to come, but nothing after that came for a long time, and now that Mario Kart 9 has footage, they're too afraid to show anything else!

No, this has nothing to do with you. No, they're not afraid to show anything. They said from the jump that information would be revealed on April 2nd, and as such everyone(else) is waiting for that date. Not a moment before will we get anything(well, maybe on Mario Day we get a trailer, but that'd be it).
There must be at least 20 million people who were born in 2012, and a grand total of zero of them have something to do with Nintendo's release schedule.
Play other games. Really. Time will go by so much faster.
