Plagiarized from who? Ignoring that the general idea is...extremely basic and obvious.
Like, that's not really plagiarism on it's own. It makes a lot of sense. Is the suit color the same? Is bubble's interaction with enemies the same? When was that Bubble Flower created? How many people knew about that fangame beforehand?
Like, I'm not gonna call someone who's never heard of A Hat in Time a plagiarizer just because their song is simply called 'Train Rush'. It'd have to be undeniable.

As I said, they already used (most) of the mechanics in NSMBU for Bubble Baby Yoshi. The only one that wasn't there is bouncing off of the bubbles (I think)
And the "suit color" in question is literally just pink.
They would definitely have nuked stuff if they stole from it, I guarantee it. It was most likely just a coincidence for the color (Because it's literally just pink.)

I hate to burst your bubble (lol) but the 2nd and 3rd images were created on the day of and a few days after the Mario Wonder Direct(where the new powerups besides the Elephant were first shown) respectfully. They're just fan art of the Wonder designs and only exist because of them. Not the other way around.
Only the first one has any merit, and again, the suit design in question is justpink. Soap bubbles are often represented as pink in media. It's literally just the color pink. There's no special design or anything, it's just fire flower with a pink shirt. Anyone could've done that.
Also, is there any particular reason they wouldn't have stolen the Bubble Cap Mario is wearing either? They already did something similar for Cloud flower. They definitely would've, I feel like, because that's literally genius. Incredible artwork. But again, it's just...pink.
I guess we can't have a Water powerup because of SMG4 then, with this logic. Or anything yellow because there's a lightning Mario in some fangame (I think it was a NSMBW hack)

THEY'RE ALL THE SAME. Red, and pink. also its not just pink its also red. they might be linked in some way, but even if they were, theres way too many for nintendo to not see at least one. Nintendo could've tried to shake the design up a little, even a subtle change like making the gloves a different color, or making the hat red, which would've given you a way stronger point, but no. They didn't. So, in my opinion, this is complete plagiarism.

Brother, both Fire Flower and Ice Flower also use the same colours for their shirts & hats. You're literally making zero sense here. I can't think of a single power up that doesn't do this. The suits cover everything, the Flowers change the shirts, hats & overalls, the gloves have never changed, not even with the suits or Elephant.
I'd understand if it was something they did at some point, but they literally have never done that.

Also, where's the rest of it? The artist specifically drew a bubble hat, with Mario skating on the bubbles. It's not like they wouldn't be able to code that: Kirby has been doing that since SNES with Ice.
Heck, we already saw a ROM hack from even earlier than this fan art that is actually 1 to 1 with Bubble Mario. It's not exactly a groundbreaking unmistakeable design. It's just Mario but pink. Give me 5 minutes and I could do that too with a color change.

But literally what other colour could it be? Stella uses a pale green herself (mint I guess?) but aside from that, that's literally it.
We also don't know for sure when Wonder's development started. (NSMBU was in 2012, and we already know that World was being developed from 2017). This could've been planned from before the image.

If you know that your creation is original, why go out of your way to change it? You don't need to prove it to anyone. That sounds more sus than just having something similar, atleast to me.

Their deepes darkest thoughts and feelings that the public never gets to see. The real them, in a sense. That's what I've gotten from what I know about P5, atleast.
In SMT you just become god of all demons.
