How do i get rid of the bars at the top and bottom of the screen when in full screen?

What do you mean? you mean like the black bars? idk how is that distracting but i don't think there is a way to get rid of it though

You can right click and press inspect then serch for font and then change background color to smt less distracting you can also change the color of the chat with that
