With the two of my current CM multicups now past 50% completion, I'm starting up my third one, which might attract more attention than the others.

Mario Kart PC is really fun, but a lot of the base game courses are really tight & sometimes un-enjoyable, especially on 200cc, which is less played, but still there. So, my plan is:

To do re-imaginings* of every track in the base game to make them more playable in 200!(And also diversify how the ones with multiple versions look like CTGP & Retro Rewind do)

* - Citation needed: "Reimagining" is stretching it.

This will also include making courses look more inline with their renditions from MK7, MK8 & Tour(using the logic presented in the Booster Course Pass, where Waluigi Stadium & Peach Gardens, tracks seen in Wii, have had some changes, showing that anything from that or earlier is fair game.)

It will also include(after approaching their creators directly for permission) more characters(Mario series only)

And the most requested feature ever in this game:

The 3DS tracks!*

* - Will I ever get here? I might cancel it before then...

And lastly, I'm grabbing newer versions of songs/remixes off of Youtube for the music to fit the tracks looking less dated.


Disclaimer: My artstyle leaves a lot to be desired, so I might be the wrong person to be doing all this, so here's your warning.

So anyway, that's it. Just figured I'd advertise this one in particular because retros usually get played more than nitros.

Just to show you what I'm kinda going for.
Again, steps will be taken to mixup the SNES tracks(mostly the backgrounds & colors, the gameplay shouldn't feel too different in the end)

Also these courses will be done out of order, I'll lose all my mojo doing the SNES courses & nothing else.

(Yes, that's why I made that topic asking you all for your biggest problems with the base game tracks)
