If MKPC ever got an update, what do you think should be added?

Here's my ideas:
-Obstacles from other worlds in track builder quick mode
For example, imagine if you could add Goombas in Airship Fortress, Piranha Plants in Riverside Park, and even Shroom Ridge trucks on the infamous Rainbow Road. The possibilities would be endless!
-Voice clips for characters
This one might sound a bit odd. They would probably be recycled from Wii or 8. It would also be really cool if you could give characters voice clips in the character editor.
-The ability to select CC and difficulty in Grand Prix
Do I really need to explain this one?
-New items
Here's my ideas:
Fire Flower: Works exactly like it did in MK8.
Horn: Also works like MK8.
Cape Feather: The item no one cares about makes a return. (And this time the CPU characters don't have an infinite supply!)
Boo: Has appeared in all Mario Kart games except the original. (At least I think so. Am I wrong?)
-Change Lakitu to someone else, and reskin the items (with custom sprites)
If you're making a multicup that isn't really Mario-related.
-Change the music on tracks made in quick mode
I am currently working on a thing called Nintendo X-Over, and I don't have Photoshop for Complete Mode, so I would love for this to be a thing. If you want to learn more about X-Over, click this link: https://mkpc.malahieude.net/topic.php?topic=16130

Hey ! I saw your tracks from a far look, and you have great ideas ! Sadly, the simple editor don't offer so many options, that you end up making it around in no time...
You said you don't have Photoshop. Is there is a particular reason ? Because, you can try drawing tracks with Paint, it's free and really easy to use ! Photoshop will be more to... modifie a picture, not create it
