Then maybe you could try to fake your age, don't worry you'll get away with it.
My own youtube (Silas the roblox lover gamer) had faked the age so i was able to make my channel, though my vids are kinda cringe so that's a quick note.

Netflix made a mobile port of Mania, but it's kinda inferior to the decomp version, a snapdragon gpu was required to play the decomp, while the netflix version requires a great, strong, phone for smooth performance, as well as being a netflix user. (infact, the decomp version has better controls while the main menu in the netflix version is simplified, and the game resolution does not fit for ultra wide phones for netflix's version, and while the touch controls play good, a joystick is used in netflix's version instead of a dpad like with the decomp, oh yeah, you also have to make sure you have a netflix subscription and log in to your netflix account (which is required) in order to play)
