Help: how to play custom levels on noclip.website?

I need help! (if you don't know what noclip.website is, it's a website where you can explore video game maps but i don't see any option for custom maps made by people but TWD98 has made a short called: "Is This Even A Mario Kart Track?" here's the video: he uses noclip.website to record the camera so yeah )
