How do I Delete the Characters?

I'm Still a bit new in this game my account has barely 4 days so i don't know how to do that because i have put 2 characters for my track Super Circuit World! (https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?i=171640) and i want to delete them now but i dont know how so right now i'm stuck because i wanted to play as Mr.Tree
