New characters in MK World

Here's a list of all the new characters I saw In Mario kart World. Considering almost all of these are enemies, I'm not entirely sure these might be playable.

(Boo or Peepa, cant tell but its in the DK Pass shot with Bowser and Pianta)

Why are there so many new characters

I Haven't Seen The Buzzy Beetle Anywhere But There's A Stingey Close To Where Sidestepper Appears (The Stingey It's The Bee) And It's A Peepa And Not A Boo Which Was Unexpected For Me And Also Both Monty Mole And Rocky Wrench Are There Which It's Cool And Maybe Rocky Wrench Could Be A Skin For Monty Mole But We Do Not Know Yet
