My pro controller dont work for turning

I cant turn left or right and i dont know why i tried to change the commands but i cant change to the Left stick did everyone know how to fix that ?

I don't know how to fix it, also check members area and click "chat" on a player name, then ask them how to troubleshoot

Because this game is called Mario Kart PC

I think it must be something wrong with your controller.  Try mapping the steering to the D-pad.
