is anyone else mad?

is anyone else mad that DS Wario stadium and DS Waluigi pinball in mk8dx share the same song when no other tracks do? like at least make a new remix.

i mean its annoying but nintendo kinda half-assed the bcp anyways so its to be expected

They share the same track in MKDS as well. That's why they never changed it.

I know, but at least remix the song again, they did this with Mario kart stadium and 8's Mario circuit, same song, just with a different remix

Unfourtunately, it's DX's last update, World's out and ramping up the masses. There's no hope now.

Mario Kart Stadium & Mario Circuit's songs are pretty far from being the exact same song though. They go for completely different vibes. There's no vibe difference between Wario Stadium & Waluigi Pinball as tracks, or they would've never shared the songs to begin with.

Like Mario Kart Stadium is going for this big, sporting mega-event celebration style, whereas Mario Circuit is this kinda local cool day attraction.

Wario Stadium & Waluigi Pinball are a lot more similar in their presentation. Like, high budget, high energy arena based around a guy with a massive ego.

Either way, knowing why Mario Circuit 3 keeps getting brought back leads me to believe that it's a legacy decision. Like, "this is how it was before, we're not changing that". They just never chose two tracks with the same theme at once (because those tracks were basically always the same deal. The only one that isn't I'd say are Mushroom Bridge & City, but the song fits both either way)

Not that Waluigi Pinball should've been in the Pass either way, they're were so many better tracks to pick from. The Turnip Cup was incredibly mid.

To be fair, back on the DS they did share the same song, so in retrospect (I hope I used that word right) it’s actually cool to see Nintendo did it again with them in the Booster Course.
