So i was listening to game music and i heard the gta 4 loading screen (dang its good) and i realised ITS GOTTA BE BASED OFF THE MKWII BANNER MUSIC THEY ARE SO SIMILAR

"Mario Kart Wii!" Is just so memorable to me. I've really never heard of the GTA 4 music, but they do sound similar.
