An Idea For Online Matchmaking

Problem

When playing online I saw an issue where you see a 100,000+ VR player face off against an 8,000 VR player who just learnt how to drift

Additionally, people will low VR but insane driving can absolutely destroy someone's VR that took days of grinding; in just a few races.

Idea for Solution

Instead of throwing the first 12 players to join into a lobby, there could be a system (if there is not one already) to let players of similar VR play with eachother. This won't be a perfect solution but it is better than having a 92,000 VR difference in races and makes it less 'grindy' to get more VR, especially at Titan/Superstar.

Players will still be able to join eachother's specific public lobbies if they have followed each other on MKPC. Private lobbies are perfect just the way they are.

Please correct me if this exists and I'm just being stupid.

Not sure if it exists. I think this is a great idea on paper but the problem is there isn't nearly a big enough playerbase for this to ever make a difference

I don't know what you mean by "if this exists"

do you mean like it is already in the game or someone made a system?

if the ladder is correct, than yes someone has made a workaround for it

sometimes its just annoying when you get mached up with people WAY over your skill level

coming from a person that has expeienced this before
