Track studio crashing HELP

So im trying to make a custom track in trackstudio (mario kart 8 custom track maker) but when i load the .dae file it says : finished loading. Then just closes trackstudio
HOW DO I FIX THIS

I haven't used trackstudio before. How does it even work?

You might have to reinstall the .msi or install a new (or old, if the new's crashing) version from their website.
