Track Ideas...

I am creating two different massive multicups both based around Super Paper Mario's enemies (Super Paper MarioKart in Quick mode and Super Duper Paper MarioKart in Complete mode). BUT sometimes, there are no enemies I can make a track of. So any track ideas for either would be really helpful.

Lemmy's Train Track? I've only played Paper Mario Color Splash, so I only got that, Big Bloo Hotel, and that one level where you play the original Super Mario Bros in 3D.
