Mario Kart World: The Fanfic

This may seem kind of crazy, but I have decided to start a Mario Kart World fanfic because I thought it would be cool, and I have a very interesting plan on how this would turn out.
This would even include the special techniques such as charge jumping, wall riding, etc.

Prologue

Of previous eras of Mario Kart, we had quite a few techniques and track features. Underwater sections, gliders, cannons, off-road shortcuts, and much, many more, but once again, a new era is starting! This system has an advanced, stable, system. You are going to be in for hell my friend, but who doesn't want a million dollars? Yes that's the prize. You never know what will happen... so come join here!

*opens the mailbox, turns out its nothing that he expected it to be*

Personality: Acts like the dumbest person in the world as a distraction, actually very smart and good at Mario Kart with strategies to go fast and use items, has the best luck most of the time, people think he is cheating because of this but he isn't cheating.

A   F E W   D A Y S   A F T E R   T H E   M A I L

Lev: I’ve been on this ride FOREVER!
Lev, which is the main character of this story, is currently on an unbelievably long bus ride on the way to this mysterious building.

Random bus driver: Okay here’s your stop, shoo shoo go on!
Lev: Okay okay, jeez don’t have to rush me so much. Surprised there’s not anyone on this bus, guess I did have some extra time for sleep...
CHHhhh
The bus door opens, and Lev starts walking to the building.
He opens the door.
Random welcome lady: Good afternoon sir, the check-in is right on your left after you go up the stairs.
Lev: Oh uh, thanks!
Lev walks up to the check-in area.
Random check-in guy (I know this is a lot of randoms) Hello! O- oh... is this your first time here? You look rather... nervous. Lev: Well... uh.. yeah. I mean it is my first time so I’m not exactly sure what to expect.
Random check-in guy: Well, that’s okay. Everyone feels nervous on their first time.
he says while getting a sheet of paper from under the desk
Random check-in guy: Okay, just fill out this form and you will be all set! The form is quite short, so you don’t have to do much.
Got it.

Lev: All done!
Lev hands the paper to the check-in guy, who is now reviewing the form.
Random check-in guy: Hmm...
...
Hmm... hmmmmmm.... HMMMMMMMM...
Lev: STOP MAKING ME NERVOUS AND HAND IT TO ME AND TELL ME IF I’M ACCEPTED ALREADY!
Random check-in guy: Okay okay... it was just a joke. You’re accepted!
Lev: YES! Okay... what do I do from here?
Random check-in guy: Since this is your first time, there is a hallway over there, look for the door named “Mushroom Cup” and a red mushroom logo on the door with it,
Lev: Okay, thanks!
Lev starts walking towards the Mushroom Cup door in the hallway. It’s a big, white, very clean door, then Lev opens it.
Lev: Holy crap... what even is this place? Everything is white... the floor... the walls... the ceiling and the light... and there’s a TV attached to the wall with a Nintendo Switch 2!
???: Well hello there!
Lev: Who is you?
???: Well, don’t worry about that. It seems you are our first contestant, welcome! There is a TV attached to the wall if you want to watch something, and if you want, there is even a Nintendo Switch 2 if you want to play with that. Oh well, good-luck!
The mysterious guy closes the door.
Lev: Who was that...? Why oh well? Why good-luck? Oh this is hurting my brain...
Lev notices some stuff behind him.
Lev: Oh gosh... there’s BEDS!?!? Does that mean we’re gonna be sleeping HERE?!?!?! Oh how come I didn’t even notice that....
Lev walks around a bit more. Lev: Where do we get the food? I’m hungr- hey... there’s a dispenser thingy on this wall! I guess I just click this and it turns on..?
Lev clicks a button, and orders something to eat.
Lev: I don’t know.. maybe I’ll get some pancakes or something?
Lev presses “order” and a plate of pancakes comes out of the dispenser.
Lev: Oh that’s pretty neat, didn’t even cost anything too!
???: Helloooo!
