I'd like to create characters to put in MKPC, but i'm trying to find out how to do it. Does anyone have any programs, tips, etc., to point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

For creating characters, I use Paint & Gimp only toad

I use Nintendo's OC (Mario, Luigi, Peach...) to create my caracter (ByoT, Sofravi and maybe more) or I watch image from internet (Shoto (Old version (I delete)), Belkraine (I already start to create, etc...))
