1. 4 races is good, 5 races was just in Super Mario Kart
2. You can easily build Super Mario Kart Tracks ; the game has 5 cups from Super Mario Kart with 4 courses in each cup. That's not a problem. GBA Extra Mode have it too.
So I'm against this.

If that's on (in blue), disable it and enjoy a battle where you are spared from items of your mates.
But if you go on them, you will destroy it like if you were a star.
