Firstly, the appropriate thing to do here would be to report those accounts, and maybe have a few people to back you up.

Secondly, joking about something as serious as this is absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed they can even think this way. It's people like them that ruin society.

Firstly, you, or should I say 'your friend', didn't get banned because you got attacked. You got banned for several reasons.

1. Homophobia
You literally said yourself "nobody has explained to me why is can't insult homos" and asked "can i be homophobic". To even think that's appropriate is ban worthy enough. Whether you agree with it or not is your decision, but under no circumstances does anyone have the right to disrespect a person based on who they are or what they think. You'd be cancelled if this was on a major scale.

2. Spam
Don't even try to deny it. "chucks" was also on the server.

3. False Accusations
Defamation is extremely serious and illegal irl. You can't accuse someone, especially without confidence (as seen in the messages on Discord you didn't even know), that they have said terrible things. Talking about derogatory slurs and suicide is not something to joke about, let alone lie about. He was also not banned at all (so obviously you are lying) so before you open your mouth, think about what you are saying before someone innocent gets into trouble for no good reason.

Overall, don't call out individual members and mods for YOUR actions. If anything, your behaviour is appalling and it seems it's not getting any better. Then you twist the words around as if we are the bad guys when in reality you're just in denial. Literally ask anyone else on mkpc and they'll tell you that I'm a really chill and lenient person, so the fact that I had to ban someone shows that they definitely aren't in the right.

"People are defending a racist" no one is racist here buddy. And you think it's funny too that people are replying in self defence because you're lying.

"And to add onto this, if you are going to be mad at least do it with some dignity. And not just outright harass a person." MF you asked if you can insult homos, that's worse than harassment.

I will be referring to the game they came from.

SNES: They all are bad, but if you forced me to pick one it would have to be Mario Circuits 2, 3 and 4, Rainbow Road is horrible and overrated asf (pretty much just MC3, DP3, BC2 and GV3 layout but straight and thin.

N64: Not a fan of these courses because either the layout is bad, long or the track is bland. Koopa Troopa Beach is the best one by a long way. Choco Mountain, royal raceway and mario's raceway next. (But rms are better)

GBA: MKSC may have been flat but had some decent layouts. Riverside and Lakeside Parks are good and somehow haven't been remade. But my favourite is Sky Garden mainly because the music.

GCN: Not baby park. Best tracks in this game imo was Rainbow Road, bowser castle and Yoshi Circuit. Also I like sherbet land, its not great but its definitely not the worst in the game.

DS:
Nitro: Pretty much Star Cup, I also like Cheep Cheep Beach but rm is better. Waluigi Pinball is above average but overrated asf and if you wanna hear me rant why just ask.
Retro: they all suck, if I had to choose it would be Sky Garden again

Wii:
Nitro: Most tracks honestly, but mainly Koopa Cape, Maple Treeway, Grumble Volcano, Coconut Mall, Toads Factory and all of Special Cup
Retro: GBA Bowser Castle 3

3DS:
Nitro: they are underwhelming, if I had to choose it would be Music Park/Melody Motorway, Piranha Plant Slide/Pipeway (unless ur Nate), and Rainbow Road (but I see why people dont like this one)
Retro: DS Airship Fortress and DK Pass, the Wii remakes were ruined except Coconut Mall

WiiU/Switch:
Nitro: again underwhelming, Ruinas Roca Picuda, Shy Guy Falls (only track that used anti gravity well) and Mount Wario are good
Retro: All of Lightning Cup, n64 royal raceway, ds cheep cheep beach
DLC: gcn Yoshi Circuit, both FZ0 tracks, Hyrule Circuit and gba Cheese Land, gba ribbon road was creative but the wavy part was annoying


Based on track design and my experience with the tracks

@connor7068 whether you like it or not, your warn was more than fair. The way you've escalated this is supposed to result in further punishment, but be grateful that I'm lenient and am letting you get another chance.

I don't care about other situations, chucks has nothing to do with your own behaviour and actions, so don't think these two infractions are linked. My advice would be to just drop the convo and learn from this mistake so that it doesn't happen again, because there will be consequences if this continues. To make it slightly easier for yourself, I'm locking the topic. (so now if you create another topic it's clear you won't let go)

Worshipping chucks is even dumber

Mods aren't stupid and we make proper decisions, and aren't afraid to admit we're wrong when we make a bad one. You seem to have brainwashed yourself into believing a racist/homophobic/spammer is in the right, so you should probably drop the lil' timmy mindset.

We are technically allowed to report chucks too, there is no way you're 13+. Even if you are, the abuse will get your account deleted.

iirc, the leaks showed Amsterdam, Singapore and Los Angeles for the tour tracks.

There was also a Wii, DS, unknown, GCN and GBA track.

Sunset Wilds was in Wave 5, but we know that could change last minute as seen in Wave 3 leaks.

Chucks was probably gonna be banned either way because of the fact that he twisted the scenario and played the victim, and then taking it as a joke (who's laughing now). You can't accuse someone of something as serious as this and think it's funny. Past behaviour doesn't help either.

You're account also shows up as a possible alt to chucks (not 100% reliable but it's clear there is definitely a connection despite the flags), so ig we'll keep an eye on you.

Chucks received an IP ban so the problem should be resolved

I can't wait for Australia to get thrashed against France. It's funny how we talk about competing against France as if we have a chance, when we all know that's just a delusion.

Apologies for the really loooong wait. The judges have been really busy with stuff happening irl, but now I can finally say after almost 3 months that we have our results.

We use a criteria to judge the courses to avoid bias, so no results are skewed or unfair.

Apologies for the long wait, we should be done soon. We've just been really busy with irl stuff and schooling, and as you can imagine we would prioritise those before mkpc.

Most of the courses have been judged, so it won't be much longer
