I think these are also lazy characters.
Mario Is covered in paint, Mario has a power up along with Peach, and Villager is taken out of another game.

baby luigi,baby daisy, baby peach, bébé mario and baby rosalina. 
Don't add the babies. They are garbage. They are nothing but lazy characters and serve no purpose in any other game. (except Baby Mario and Luigi in Yoshi's Island)
Also the noise they make is so annoying.

Idk if it is cheating, you wouldn't be able to do the ultra shortcut. I think the jumps just make the track too easy.

Ok idk 100% the situation, but I saw another topic about suicide and u want him banned for lies.
IF this guy genuinely wants to do suicide, then I believe that's dumb. I'm really against it and even tho it isn't my life, I don't think the people who genuinely appreciate you deserve the loss of a close friend or family member. Let's be honest he isn't even gonna remember this in a couple of years so why bother grieving about it?
IF this guy is joking then that's completely different, it is not ok. I don't think young children like me wanna know or deal with stuff like that.
But no matter what the reason is, we shouldn't have to argue or fight, especially on a Mario Kart game. We should help each other instead, and do what good souls do.

Im a noob to MKPC so what is 1 star trolling?
When someone rates a track 1 Star for no rhyme or reason, no matter the actual quality of the track.
what happens if someone does that
Then the track/arena gets rated of 1 star put in, even if the track/creator didn't deserve it.

I don't think there is punishment; no, it's not a sin.
While putting 1 star isnt a sin, jealousy is. If it was caused by hatred or jealousy than that person should be punished.
