How to make custom image tracks?

i have seen a bunch of tracks that recreate mario kart ds courses and they use the actual map and i want to know how do i do that?
You need to use the complete mode instead of te quick mode. You also need to upload the file of your track (must be png, jpg, jpeg or gif).yeah if anythings you can try shrinkings it

if we're talking about variability i think for the gba tracks there should be more styles like peach circuit and riverside park land and cheep cheep island land and basically all the styles from super circuit
Those tracks are too similar too Mario Circuit and Lakeside Park respectively. Cheep Cheep Island is in the game, unless you are talking about Shy Guy Beach.
if anything I want luigi circuit gba to be used since its a rainy track and its cool

It's not that we don't want it, it's that it would be difficult to implement.
Many improvement suggestions are asked in this game, so we try to prioritize each suggestion in function of usefulness and difficulty.
Your proposition is not bad, but a bit hard to make and not essential since complete mode exists.
But it doesn't mean it won't be done. It just might take time before we implement it.

OK then, if you do decide to add more to the quick mode then go ahead and take your time. The bad thing is that i´m gonna be slightly impatient for it. Thanks for noticing this topic about the quick mode track editor and have a good life

are you guys just against it because you really don't want to do anything about it because to me that's what it seems like because what if we don't want to make a track from complete scratch. If anything you could make the quick mode tracks have bigger space for more designs.
The admins have their own personal lives; whilst it is their responsibilty to help out, they can’t spend all week trying to forfill everyone’s wants. Especially since exams are around the corner.
You don't have to explain that to me but still it just seems that they dont want to do it
