Wrong, I made it. Although the process is shockingly similar.

I create a new country called "Coun Tree". Ironically, it has the world's lowest tree population at a whopping (-75,000,000,000,000,000 + next lowest tree count).
I 'shrink' an impenetrable wall of -trees to keep out anyone I don't want in (which is everyone until further notice) and declare myself ruler of da upside-down tree place.
