Voting for Super Circuit, sure it did have some game-breaking glitches but it was good for its time, it had quite a few good tracks, it was the first to introduce retros and it was a large improvement over SMK and MK64

This track was originally supposed to be in the Mushroom Cup of SS2, but was scrapped due to being too basic. It was made a bit before Desert Temple, which is ironic since DT is probably the most basic SS2 track
This one was made when I had made SS1, a bit before Pianta Pier was released
A course found in the same place as 2 SS1 tracks, so it's likely it was made a little before then. The layout looks suspiciously similar to Senko's Dash City, so it might have been a remake of that track, but back then I was too shy to get permission to do it. If it was a remake of Dash City, though, it lacks the alt paths

Just pointing out that Yoshi and Luigi were still meta before Wave 5 and were used more commonly than Rosalina. In fact, Wave 5 buffed the heavies' (including Rosalina) and nerfed light characters' invincibility stat (including Yoshi)
