Let's make QM tiles for every official MK Track together
On 2024-05-09 at 20:26:41
Just remembering you that you can still make tiles of Tracks that were already made by someone else

On 2024-05-09 at 19:19:36

(this looks pretty bad, mainly because I wasn't in the mood to make QM tiles)
fixed it and... idk
@Wigglericon, what Track is this supposed to be and why is your reasoning of it being bad a copy and past of what red pikmin said in the Shy Guy Bazaar tile?

Here's Maple Treeway!
Voici MapleTreeway!

Use postimage or some other image hosting site to send it here

Side Note: I really want for more people to participate in this since I'm starting to get bored of having tilesets from mainly just BlobbytheBlob, TwilightGD, and me
Well, I'm thinking on doing more and I know someone that was making one, the rest is really up to the others and if they want to make those
I'll probably announce it in more places soon

On 2024-05-08 at 19:50:15
Uhh i think you meant Mario Raceway. (I do get why you say Mario Circuit since every oter Mario track except for Mario Kart Stadium (Is that even a Mario track) is named ¨Mario Circuit¨)
I do know that, just put that way because of lazyness, anyways, error fixed

Quick question, can you actually use these custom quick mode tiles?
You need to put them together on an image, and make it complete mode
On 2024-04-28 at 03:27:12
Sorry for double posting, but, I'm here to announce that I added the Arena section on the first comment, so if you want to make a tilesest for an Arena, I'll put it there, oh, and with that comes a new template with the three way tiles and the one way tiles (I'll probably add an variation to these, like I did with the Track template, soon)

On 2024-04-27 at 22:28:24
Ok So I Was Able to Find the Pieces but
There's Only Four of Them

There's Only Four of Them

ok, but, what's the Track?

On 2024-04-27 at 17:14:49
Suggestion: we should make QM tiles of not only Circuits, but also Battle Arenas
I was actually thinking about that, I even made a arena template already, but I thought on making it a diferent topic, but yeah, I guess I'll soon edit the main message explaining a little about it

On 2024-04-25 at 23:09:59
ERM AKSHUALAY, ITS MARIO KART STADIUM, NOT MARIO KART CIRCUIT

Fixed, how did I get the name of my biggest Track wrong?
On 2024-04-25 at 21:27:16
So, I saw some people using the template I gave, so I made another with variations of tiles:

On 2024-04-25 at 01:19:26
are you alous to make custom music for the tracks?
also on pixilart can you have a link to the picture because idk how to do computer images
1) if you're making a remix, I guess it's fine
2)IDK, I never finished an image on it to know, ask someone else, I guess
On 2024-04-24 at 20:29:06
Question: which is the best program to make these QM tiles?
I use Paint, if you can't have it, I'd say pixilart, that is free
What, paint like MS Paint?
I guess it is MS Paint, but the newer version of it. I don't really know if there is a difference or not, I just know it's better than the ol' MS Paint

That's not a TBC, neither a topic to show your Tracks, well, it kinda is, but I'll talk about it later this message
Let's make QM tiles for every official MK Track together
So, that topic came to my mind after seeing lots of people requesting new Tracks for quick mode (the qm in the title), that made me thought "why don't we, the community, make them ourselfes?", and here we are now.
This topic was made to send QM tilesets (and maybe Backgrounds for the Tracks that don't have one in the base game) of other official MK Tracks that are not already in MKPC's quick mode, but in some way, also the ones that already are, I'll explain it below.
What I mean is that you can make tilesets for already existing Tracks in QM, but the remakes/reimaginations of such, that means that you can, for example, make a tileset of 8's remake of Ribbon Road, or you can also make it based on reimaginations of other people of the community, but for this case, please put the link of the original Track, so people can know what you're basing it off.
If you want to post quick mode tilesets for original complete mode Tracks, go here. Yes, that one is now a official spinoff of this Topic. Thanks @triple_yoshi_exploshi!
Warning! By sending your tileset here, you will be allowing anyone to use it
Here are two examples of how you can organize the tiles:
To make a tileset, use a painting software. I recommend the tiles being each a square of 100px. I also recommend that, if you are making a tileset for a Track with sections, make each section a different tileset, since each section is normally very different from the others.
Down I'll put the Tracks that were already sended here, they will be separated in 3 different sections, each with other sections for the specified game the Tracks come from. This will not use a slot system, meaning you will still be able to make tilesets for tracks that have already been made. The way the credits will be made is by showing your name and in which page the tileset was sended, both after the Track name.

MK Tour: Cities, originals and RMXs from Mario Kart Tour. (That's a separated one because of the debates of it being mainline or not)
Battle Arenas
So, some people asked me to also put Arenas here, and with that an exaple of how you can organize it:

The Future of MKPC
On 2025-01-13 at 02:20:30
TL;DR: uhh how will mkpc overcome these 3 issues: important community members leaving, coding maintenance and wargor leaving
Ok, so...
1. People leave, there's nothing better we can do than respect their choices and, as long as they don't delete their account, their stuff is still accessible. For new people, we show what they can or can't do here and, as long as they're not stupid, we're fine.
2. For what I understand, most of the game's code isn't that old, at least not old enough that it can't be fixed, the only thing that I heard having a really strange code is Quick Mode, that still has some easy stuff (like new tilesets), but most of it is a code that is so hard to understand that if Wargor was to change one thing about it, he wouldn't know how to fix it back, that's why most requests wanting new stuff for QM won't happen. I don't think there'll be many problems involving the code honestly, since we're on the peak of coders in MKPC... huh... two guys.
3. This I can't really say much, since Wargor is the one who will decide what'll happen with MKPC.
If he decides to never update it, nothing will really change tbh, it's not like MKPC's main way to keep a playerbase is getting updates.
If he passes it to someone else, we see what this other person does to the site and if we don't like, idk, we quit, or we can go to wayback machine and play the older versions.
If he deletes it, we accept and, idk, make a new one or, as I said before, wayback machine exists

Irl mario movesets
On 2025-01-07 at 16:32:59
Me personally would go for 3d all stars (I can switch between 64s goofy blj for speed or smack someone in the face with my galaxy twirl and have the almost perfect moveset just without fludd
I hate to break it to you, but you can't BLJ in 3D all stars, since the Mario 64 version there is patched
I would pick odyssey, is the one that feels the best for me
