Did they hack or found a specific tech that can be pulled off only on some specific unconventional circuits?

In Mario Kart Wii (and in some other MK games I think) there are timesheet standards (https://www.mariokart64.com/mkw/standardc.php).
They're pretty useful in the MKWii Time Trials community and I think that we should make timesheet standards for Mario Kart PC too.

Question about the rule on unseeable shortcuts what if a track has a shortcut but the creator does not notice it when the publish the track because they never encountered it when they were play testing it (e.g. drifting off a ramp and getting into a area that the creator walled off or boost-panel trick MISC shortcuts that the creator did not notice)or secret shortcuts that the player and creator and tester can reach (e.g. putting a blue mushroom in mushroom gorge where if you tricked on it would cannon you across the gap jump) thank you for the help 
I'm not a moderator but I played A LOT of challenges. I'd recommend updating the track after you discover the shortcut because if you don't it might look intentional.

I made a challenge that might not follow rule number 2. I don't want to waste hours just to get a rejected challenge, can somebody tell me if "Complete the track in VS mode, in 50cc, by driving backwards, without going backwards, without drifting, without reverse drifting, without touching the walls, with 1 participant" on https://mkpc.malahieude.net/circuit.php?id=161232 is too hard for MKPC standards???

I miss songs like PoPiPo and Ievan Polka, these always give me nostalgia... Also every Genesis/NES OST does that for me I grew up emulating these consoles on a Windows XP (I still do that LUL)
