complete recode p much from scratch. written in april/may (except the char creator), found it on my hdd a few days ago and decided to clean up, add a few things and release it.
- removed the tkinter ui
- added markdown support
- moved to a json based config system
- added a %_rainbow% tag to make a line rainbow colored
- added a gui character creator with pyqt5
- added a converter to port the old config to the new one for the 1 person that used it
- added a way more descriptive readme. still, if you have technical issues, post here or dm me.
moved from a hosted zip to git - easier to track progress

im no longer hosting a precompiled version, youre gonna have to install python and pyqt5 yourself.

I think we should make plans for the track, I will be doing the road colour. I think at least 2 people should be on each thing, 2 people should do the outline for the track, 2 people should make the colours that are around the track that are not green, green. Who wants to help me with the colour of the road?
im in charge of item boxes, walls, and off-road, though i will occasionally fill in the road
I don't think we should put item boxes down unless they're tiny enough for the road
