My Brother bought His Nintendo 3DS in 2020.
We don't have a New Nintendo 3DS or a Wii U so We can't get SNES games from the Eshop.

You know, this is actually a good marketing strategy. Shutting down e-stores that no one really bought from in the later years meant that more people would buy the software that they want and there would be a lot more money.
